Bio

This 18-19 season will serve as assistant coach Lauren Adamek's second year with the Lady Jaguars. Adamek spent her previous years at San Benito High School, helping coach the girls' basketball program.

Adamek, a former Menlo Oak, was raised in Hollister, CA. After winning two CCS DI titles, Adamek started her collegiate basketball career with Coach Oberg and the Lady Jaguars. After transferring to Menlo, Adamek helped the Oaks win back to back CalPac titles, and played a large role in the Oaks NAIA National Tournament appearances.

Adamek brings both enthusiasm and a hard-work mindset to the Jaguar program.
